Can Straight Lines Hide a Heart?

BEHIND THE WORK

Can straight lines hide a heart?

Place 181 numbered points around a circle. Point n sits at Pₙ = (cos(2πn/181), sin(2πn/181)), then each point connects to P₂ₙ mod 181. Because repeated doubling visits all 180 non-zero labels before returning to the start, the complete rule becomes one unbroken chain of straight chords. Their envelope reveals a multiplication cardioid.

Artismathic turns equations into visual art—one function at a time.
